Guidelines for Prospective Board Members
Who Should Apply:
  • Individuals passionate about helping the community and advancing CCA's mission.
  • Professionals with experience in leadership, finance, marketing, nonprofit management, or related areas.
  • People willing to commit time, skills, and energy to support the board's work.
Expectations
Board Member Commitments:
  • Attend regular board meetings (typically quarterly).
  • Support fundraising, advocacy, and strategic initiatives as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act in the best interest of CCA.

Application Process

Application Submission
Complete the comprehensive application form with your personal, professional, and board experience details. This helps us understand your background and how you can contribute to our mission.

  • Required documents: Resume or professional bio

Application Review
Our team members will carefully review your application. We assess alignment with our mission, relevant expertise, and potential contributions.

Interview & Meeting
Selected candidates will be invited for an interview with team members. This is an opportunity for both parties to discuss expectations, commitments, and alignment.

Official Appointment & Engagement
