WHAT IS THE HOW PROGRAM?

H.O.W. 'HANDS-ON-WORK' is a job training program aimed primarily at youth. Community Clothing Assistance creates a flexible training plan that is directly informed by participant's goals, strengths, talents, and learning needs.

Participants in H.O.W. can gain experience in: customer service, retail, administration, marketing, and fundraising.

The H.O.W. Program is a low stress environment for participants to develop confidence and marketable job skills.
